We offer the exciting opportunity to work in our fast-growing Practice Group Financial Lines and are looking for a technically strong and experienced business lawyer with a passion for insurance law who will help us to further expand the Practice Group. Financial Lines includes in particular professional liability insurance as well as manager liability insurance (D&O), prospectus liability insurance, fidelity insurance and cyber damage management. Checking coverage and liability is just as much a part of your area of ​​responsibility as communicating with policyholders, lawyers and insurance brokers. The proactive case management in settlement discussions and the accompaniment and control of judicial proceedings are also part of your varied role at adv! Sme.

Your tasks

 

• You are responsible for processing major claims in the Financial Lines / property damage liability division

• In particular, your tasks include looking after the lawyers' liability claims

• You convince with your confident and obliging demeanour when conducting negotiations with lawyers and policyholders

 

Your profile

 

• Admitted to the  bar in Switzerland

• > 10 years PQE in a law firm or as in-house counsel

• German is your mother tongue and you have a very good knowledge of English - any other national language is an advantage

• You are socially competent and communicative and have a flair for customer service
